Review : Philips 32PFL3504D/F7 32-Inch 720p LCD HDTV
I purchased this TV from Wal-Mart for the low price of 5. This TV looks and sounds awesome. I have it hooked into my PS3 with the HDMI and the games look crisp and beautiful my only complaint is in brighter scenes with lots of motion just on games you can see some fuzzy edges but with some adjustment this goes away.
The Good:
Easy to use menus and set up.
Great Picture quality for 720p (looks just as good as my friends Sony if not better)
The sound is loud and well balanced.
It looks nice and sleek
Comes with a stand
The bad:
The remote is ugly and the buttons are too small. (Buy a universal and this is fixed)
Depending on the channel you have to adjust the screen colors sometimes. (No auto adjust)
Games:
This TV looks great when I play My PS3 Modern Warfare 2 looks amazing as well as Fallout 3.
Wii also looks very nice up on the screen in wide screen mode.
Summary and last thought:
This TV is not the Top of the line by any means and should not be rated and compared as such. It’s like comparing Apples to Cell Phones it can’t be done.
But as for what this TV is it is a great deal and for those of us on a budget it cannot be beat

In addition to installing the converter box for digital TV, I wanted to purchase a new, amplified antenna. I trusted the name , and find it very efficient. A bit large and cumbersome on top of my TV, but I’m used to it already. Glad I got it.

Review : Philips SDV2115/27 Indoor Passive UHF/VHF/FM/HDTV Antenna
I bought this a few weeks ago because the converter box won’t work well without an antenna, and was worried when I realized I only had 1 jack on the tv and converter box, but it was no problem! I connected the ohm Transformer to my converter box and get channels 2 to 68 (same channels my friends get). It also dramatically improved the quality of the image I was receiving. I might get the band separator just to see if anything’s improved.

Review : Philips SDV2940/27 UHF Digital and Analog Indoor/Outdoor TV Antenna
Installed this on a pole on the roof, and got more digital channels and sub channels than I knew there were (over 30) on my first attempt at positioning.
For comparison – indoors at the same home with the same tuner, another amplified antenna gave me only three channels.
I’d say it works.
Nit to pick – I wish it came with another rubber boot, rather than just the one on the included cable.
